'gift aid it' written in handwriting

Gift Aid is one of the simplest and most effective ways of giving to charity. Boost your donation by 25p of Gift Aid for every £1 you donate.

Gift Aid is reclaimed by the charity from the tax you pay for the current tax year. If you are donating by post, please download and complete our Gift Aid Declaration Form, sending the completed form, with your donation, to the address (shown at the bottom of the form). (Please note that this form may take over 10 seconds to load).

There is more information on payroll giving and Gift Aid on GOV.UK

Other Ways to Support Us

You can donate to us when you shop, at no extra cost to you. You can also give some, or all, of the money you’d receive when you selling or trading items such as old mobile devices too.

When you use any of the below companies, please select us as a charity and we will receive small percentages of what you spend or make. These little amounts can really add up, especially if you can persuade friends and family to do the same.

We are lucky to have many people who contribute through donations; through supporting our events and initiatives or by running their own events or challenges. However, we are constantly considering other ways that may inspire people to support us. These businesses have, kindly, offered to support us every time someone does what is outlined below.

QUIZZES FROM SSK ABERDEEN

Do you enjoy a challenge? Do you love a quiz? Do you love the chance of a cash prize? SSK Aberdeen are, very kindly, supporting us through their weekly interactive Charity Quiz. For every quiz purchased (for £5) £3.50 goes to us. All you need to do is go to their website; buy that week’s Charity Quiz and state that you want to support Thomas’s Fund. You can then download the quiz and prepare to be challenged. It is, also, worth noting that there are other quizzes available on the SSK site and Thomas’s Fund will benefit from these too.

SUPPORT THOMAS’S FUND ON THE GIVING LOTTERY

Do you like a flutter? Would you like to feel that some of your ‘gambling money’ is going to Thomas’s Fund? If so, you might like to buy a lottery ticket/ tickets, each week, from our new lottery. You can buy each week or set up a direct debit at their website. We receive 40p from each ticket sold.

BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY?

It usually costs no more, to book your holiday through a travel agent than it does to trawl through many websites and book online! You should, also, usually find it easier to sort things if your holiday has any hitches. If you book your holiday through Donna Cody, at ‘Not Just Travel’, Thomas’s Fund will be given a donation. Please visit Not Just Travel’s website and consider using Donna Cody for all your holiday needs.  donna.cody@notjusttravel.com

NEED A WILL; POWER OF ATTORNEY OR SETTING UP A DISABLED PERSON’S TRUST?

Simon Bonanno of Nene Legal has kindly offered to make a donation, to Thomas’s Fund, if anyone sets up any of the above (through him – 01933 588990) and states that they heard about it from the charity. Visit their website.

HAVE YOU HAD A NON-FAULT VEHICLE ACCIDENT?

Paul Cox of Paul Cox Panel & Paint Ltd makes a donation to Thomas’s Fund every time one of our supporters uses his Non-Fault Accident Aftercare Service. If you call the 24 hour helpline (on 0343 216 0089) they probably won’t know about Thomas’s Fund (as they are a separate company, running the helpline on Paul Cox’s behalf). However, please make sure that you mention ‘Paul Cox Panel & Paint’ to them. Please then send Paul Cox Panel & Paint an email at info@paulcoxpanelandpaint.co.uk, or call the firm’s landline (01933 428842), letting Paul know that you’ve called the helpline whilst stating that you heard about it from Thomas’s Fund. He can then sort the donation to our charity. You can visit Paul’s website below.
